The 2025er Trabener Gaispfad Riesling Auslese is a noble-sweet wine made from slightly botrytized fruit. It delivers a fully aromatic and exotic nose of ripe pineapple, mango, guava, apricot, vanilla, acacia honey, and marzipan. The wine proves hugely sweet and ripe on the palate, where smooth and rich elements come through and give a very rich, almost BA presence to the whole. The finish is long but still very sweet. This rich dessert wine will need quite some time to integrate its sweetness and fully deliver. 2045-2085
