The 2025er Wolfer Sonnenlay Riesling Kabinett was made 25-50-year-old vines and was fermented in Fuder down to barely fruity-styled levels of residual sugar. It delivers a beautifully fresh and subtly aromatic nose of lavender, vineyard peach, smoke, thyme, orange blossom, bergamot, and plum. The wine proves juicy and delicately fruity on the palate and proves more intense and focused in the almost linear and well delineated finish. This Kabinett beautifully combines ripeness with the usual lightness and freshness. 2033-2050 - MFW
