Whitney Schubert grew up near the rolling wheat fields of Eastern Oregon and later moved west to the Willamette Valley where she attended college and dabbled in Pinot Noir tastings. But she really fell for wine wine after college while teaching English in Provence and spending her free-time biking to wineries along the coast. For the past fifteen years, Whitney has served as the French Portfolio Manager for NY-based importer-distributor Polaner Selections, one of the country’s leading advocates for Champagne. It’s her favorite thing to drink, and like many, Whitney believes Champagne is the most dynamic wine region in France. She can’t wait to share it with you!
