About this experience

For there is no greater destiny for grapes and yeast than to become wine!

We'll explore how different fermentation temperatures, techniques, and vessels influence what's in our glass. Whether terms like carbonic maceration, reductive, or whole cluster mean nothing or everything to you, this class will give you a deeper appreciation for wine and how it's made.
