The Chardonnay here comes from a tiny parcal called “Les Monts Ferrés”, its in the village of Voipreux, between Vertus and Mesnil-sur-Oger where the vines were planted in 1952.
Fermented and raised in oak, one to two years depending on the vintage c No dosage or sulfites are added. This release is a blend of '16 and '17.
