About this experience

This is cult Scotch that wine lovers can reeeally nerd out with.

Belgian Michel Couvreur settled in Burgundy in the ‘70s and dedicated his life to a process of maturing Scotch whisky in rare, old casks: Pedro Ximénez, Palomino and Vin Jaune barrels (often, from pedigreed sources).

We'll be joined by Michel to explore his journey (and, his iconic Scotch whiskies).

All experience levels are welcome (you just need to be 21+)! Please no gum, mints, or strong perfumes.
