Organic single cask single malt Scotch whisky produced by Nc’nean in Drimnin, Scotland (Western Highlands)   • Selected by and bottled exclusively for Skurnik Wines & Spirits   • Distilled from 100% unpeated organic-certified malted Scottish barley   • Twice distilled in copper pot stills   • Aged 6 years; aged in an ex–bourbon cask from 2017–2021; finished in an ex–Avallen Calvados cask from 2021–2024   • A symphony of juicy fruit flavors, including fresh green apple, pear, and even hints of quince, is layered with deeper, stewed fruit notes reminiscent of apple strudel and spiced compote grounded by a satisfying richness evoking buttery pastry and baked pie crust.   • No added coloring   • Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 60.2% ABV
