Colleen Allerton-Hollier, a former chef turned wine pro, thinks choosing wines for food should be fun and easy. Pull up a seat at the table where she'll lay the foundation of what makes textures and flavors work in harmony. 

The wines featured will be offered to attendees at a 15% discount.

All experience levels are welcome (you just need to be 21+)! We will provide you with all class materials needed. Please no gum, mints, or strong perfumes.
