Agnès Corbon’s vintage Blanc de Blancs is 100% Chardonnay from Avize Grand Cru, fermented in stainless steel without malolactic and raised for a very long rest on the lees before disgorgement. The 2014 sat roughly a decade on its lees (disgorged June 2023) and is finished Brut at about 4 g/L, bottling Avize’s chalk with clarity and poise.
