This is sourced from all estate fruit, all certified organic, all hand-harvested from, depending on the vintage, different parcels within the Wolfer Goldgrube. In warmer years, it draws more from the western sections, while in cooler years the fruit comes predominantly from the southern slopes. This flexible selection allows for an ideal balance of full ripeness and vibrant freshness. In every vintage, the wine is made from ungrafted vines, lending it depth, complexity, and a finely layered structure that reflects both site and vintage with precision and freshness.
