There is a new white, the 2020 Vidonia V.P. (V.P. stands for "viñedos propios," or "own vineyards"), produced exclusively from the Paraje Las Suertes (the same paraje that produces the red that was called El Ciruelo, now Las Suertes) on clay and sandy soils. In this case, it fermented in new 500-liter Stockinger barrels, where the wine matured for 11 months, which gives it a more Burgundian profile. It has 12.3%, a low pH (3.04) and good acidity (6.73 grams of tartaric). It's a selection of two barrels with a very Burgundian profile
