A co-planted field blend of Garnacha Negra, Garnacha Peluda, and Garnacha Gris from red clay and slate (llicorella) soils at 500 meters elevation in La Morera de Montsant. Organically farmed and harvested at optimal ripeness. 50% whole-cluster fermentation with native yeasts in concrete vats, followed by 12 months of aging in large French oak foudres. Bottled unfiltered.
