From the young vines planted on the “Sur Priault” lieu-dit in the Chablis area, this 100% Chardonnay was hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, then aged on fine lees in mostly stainless steel with a small portion in older oak and bottled unfined, unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
