Syrah, Grenache Blanc and a pinch of Viognier grown in the Gard in the Rhone Valley. Semi-carbonic maceration for 7 days before pressing. Aged for 8 months 100% in concrete eggs. Bottled at the end of April 2023.
A dark rose or a "Rouge Light" made as an hommage to Lilenhardt's incredible 2022 harvest crew. A playful and delicious S. Rhone red from one of Burgundy's most progressive vignerons. Only 100 cs produced!
