2023 Domaine Moreau-Naudet Vaillons Chablis Premier Cru, France 1.5L Magnum
$195.00
This cuvée comes from 60–77-year-old Chardonnay vines across four parcels within the Vaillons sector (including Séchet), where shallow clays over Kimmeridgian limestone and mainly morning sun give a tense, mineral profile. Fermentation is with native yeasts and split between stainless steel (about 70%) and seasoned oak (old 228-L barrels plus a few 600-L foudres), followed by lees aging to preserve purity and texture.
This wine arrives late Sept 2025.
