The plot is located in the commune of Château Chalon, bordering Nevy-sur-Seille. It is a rare, flat plot in this area, situated on ochre-colored marly limestone (Lias marl). There is a significant presence of limestone. The plot faces southeast.
This Savagnin spent 24 months in 228L oak barrels after complete fermentation in tanks. Bottled in mid-November 2025 without sulfites or filtration.
