Nom de Zeus is captivating in its elegance, grace, and balance. The nose is fragrant with aromas with black berries, a little pepper and a touch of liquorice. The mouth reveals a beautiful freshness, a good balance and a fine herbaceousness proper to the varietal and overall terroir. The tannins are almost imperceptible and the "sans soufre" fermentation allows the wine to remain light and brighter rather than pungent.
