10 and 50yr-old vines of 60% Carinyena Blanc, 25% Carinyena Gris, 15% Carinyena Negre grown on granite sand. Destemmed and skin macerated 5 days then pressed to stainless steel tank to ferment and age on fine lees for 4 months before bottling.
