This was formerly known as "Felsenfest." This is sourced from all estate fruit, all certified organic, all hand-harvested from steep, slate slopes in the Goldgrube, Burgberg, and Steffensberg. This is just garden-fresh, saline, direct - very fine. All the wines have an airy and saline signature.
