Organic. 100% Gamay. A friend of Yann’s helped him source the grapes from an old-vine parcel for 2025 due to some disastrous fruit losses in Yann’s straight Beaujolais parcel. The vines are located in the lower slopes of Brouilly and classified as AOC Beaujolais. Yann is delighted by the tension and acidity from this parcel. Semi-carbonic, elevage in 100% concrete tanks, with no SO2 additions, fining or filtering.
