- Incorporates biodynamic methods: mobile chicken coop to clean vineyard and fertilize the soils, encourage biodiversity; development of vitiforestry; careful hand pruning according to the moon; no chemical fertilizers or insecticides, only natural organic products; indigenous grass and plants; grinds up vine cuttings in the parcels; extensive debudding, green harvest; attentive trellissing; essential oils to diminish the doses of copper/sulfur; braiding of the vines for energy exchange.

- 100% 2023; Grapes are lightly pressed and fermented using natural yeast. Vinification occurs in ceramic casks and oak barrels. No chaptalization, malolactic fermentation can occur but is not forced.
- Aging
- Aged in oak barrels; Unfined and unfiltered; disgorged by hand according to the lunar calendar; <10 mg/L total SO2
- Notes
- A Meunier-dominant blend of all three primary grapes from 25-50 year-old densely planted vineyards in Vrigny, Intuition is a nod to nature's intuition and that of the individual(s) caring for these vines. Full bodied with a tang and chalky grip, Intuition is a delicious and complete Champagne.
