Although Thomas has taken over the estate (Val Frison) from hi mother, very little has changed. Most wines, like this, are from one vintage and one varietal, seeing no dosage. In 2020 Thomas eschewed sulfur altogether. “Lalore” all Chardonnay raised in old Chablis barrels.
